When Hayley started looking for a new storage shed, she knew one thing for sure—she didn’t want a basic plastic box. Living in a charming beach town, she needed something more durable, more customizable, and more stylish. A quick visit to her local Home Depot introduced her to Tuff Shed—and that changed everything.

Designing the Perfect Shed for a Tight Space

With outdoor gear piling up and sand making its way indoors, Hayley needed a functional storage solution that worked for her small backyard. She chose an 8×8 KR-600 and collaborated with her local Tuff Shed team to create a design that would maximize her space and match her personal style.

“We were limited on space and I really appreciated how much I could customize the shed to fit the backyard,” Hayley says.

Coastal Vibes With a Personal Touch

Once her new shed was installed, Hayley wasted no time making it feel like home. She added a wreath, some potted plants, and even a cozy fire pit to complete the look. And while she loves the extra storage space, her favorite detail is the paint color.

“It doesn’t feel like just a utility thing in the yard, it really adds something.”

A First for New Jersey—and a Big Win for Hayley

This wasn’t just a milestone for Hayley. Her shed was also the very first building prefabricated at our new New Jersey factory—a huge step forward for our East Coast customers.
