Tuff Shed Achieves Platinum Support Level with The Home Depot Foundation

As a valued supplier partner of The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, Tuff Shed achieved Platinum status in support of The Home Depot Foundation’s 2021 fundraising event.

At the Platinum level, our charitable donations helped the Foundation raise more than $34 million—all going toward communities in need.

The funds raised support grant dollars for the Foundation’s key initiatives, including veteran housing, disaster response, and trades training. We’re proud to stand alongside a foundation that makes such a meaningful impact on lives across the country.

🏠 Veteran Housing

Thanks to Tuff Shed’s support, The Home Depot Foundation has:

• Surpassed $375 million invested in veteran support

• Positively impacted more than 50,000 veteran homes and facilities

• Provided specially adapted smart homes for wounded veterans

• Delivered mortgage and rental assistance for struggling veterans

• Aided eight major U.S. cities in efforts to end veteran homelessness

🌪 Disaster Response

With our help, The Home Depot Foundation has:

• Committed $4.3 million in 2021 for disaster relief across the country

• Allocated $500,000 specifically to historic winter storms

• Expanded relief efforts to fight food insecurity and COVID-19 impacts

• Developed a long-term recovery plan to help communities rebuild

🔧 Trades Training

Through our sponsorship, the Foundation has:

• Introduced more than 15,000 individuals to the skilled trades

• Certified over 5,000 people for trades employment

• Launched its 10th military training program with the Home Builders Institute

• Expanded the Academy Model to support community-based trades education

• Activated online learning programs for K–12 and military trainees
